img llustration has seen quite a revival over the last decade. With many people becoming tired of over-digitised editorial layouts and space age style website design, illustration has become the saving grace of the graphic design industry. Vector illustration became widely used over the last few years as people began to integrate digital art within graphic design and web development. Today, we see a greater use of hand rendered techniques which are then scanned and digitised and added to a layout. So why the sudden remergence of the illustrator?

It has been the opinion of many users as well as graphic design and web design professionals, that the digital world, although a wonderful tool, should not be responsible for flattening or taking the life out of design. Illustration and graphic arts can integrate textures, colours and various hand drawn mediums to represent a mood, an era, an emotion or to physically personify a 3D object in 2D space.

Illustration enhances commercial photography, fashion photography, portrait photography and product photography. It also evokes emotion, warmth, truth and simulates tactile environments. Our talented illustrators work with many illustration formats and mediums including: comic illustration, street art, graffitti, vector graphics, hard line illustration, life drawing, architectural mapping and children's illustration.
